Our precision automatic turning facility for the automotive sector has a technologically advanced machine park: automatic multi-spindle lathes, twin-spindle CNC lathes, CNC turning centers, sliding headstock lathes, CNC bar transfer machines and the new Multisprint 36 multi-spindle lathe. This equipment allows us to meet the most complex demands of the automotive industry, guaranteeing components that comply with specifications and the highest quality standards. We can also handle special machining operations with grinding and lapping for high-precision automotive components.

We collaborate with leading bar material manufacturers, guaranteeing free-cutting and stainless steels, brass, aluminum and bronze alloys with certificates of conformity. Every material for automotive applications is traceable throughout all phases, from certified raw material to finished component.

During automatic turning, our quality control implements continuous monitoring through Statistical Process Control with scheduled statistical sampling. Specialized technicians use portable CMM machines, profile projectors and integrated SPC software to verify dimensional tolerances in real time on every batch of metal turned parts. The system automatically detects any process deviations through sensors connected to automatic lathes, enabling immediate corrective actions. This approach, based on Lean Production and Six Sigma protocols, guarantees production stability and compliance.

Part washing with high-level cleaning and degreasing, customized packaging tailored to individual customer needs, material storage to ensure scheduled availability, and real-time transportation are the strengths of our customer service.

We complete the production process with galvanic treatments for aesthetic finishes and corrosion protection, and heat treatments to increase mechanical strength and durability of automotive components. Our selected partners ensure treatments that comply with the most rigorous automotive standards.
